November 3, 2022 -- I was very happy when Bob Buck asked me to accept the position of Director for Family Activities for another term. I feel that I have been learning a great deal and know that I still have a long way to go. Many people have given me support and I
thank you all for that. Congratulations to all of our new state officers and I look forward to working with all of you.
I would also like to personally thank all of you who came up to the Big E to help mark and sort through all of the items that were donated for the craft sale. Some days were hot and sticky, but you showed up ready to work. I can’t tell you how much work done early made the set up so much easier. You were a great crew and a pleasure to work with.
I still have some winners to announce. It was a great competition at the Eastern States and what a way to end the year! The judges worked hard to pick out the prize winners out of so many beautiful entries. I would like to congratulate all who made it up there for the contest and those who earned prizes. With pleasure and pride, here are Connecticut’s Winners for this year. On behalf of all the state directors, we can’t wait to see what you will be doing for our next year’s competition.
